I created this newsletter because I want to save you time by reading non-fiction books, analyzing them for takeaways, and then summarizing them into digestible and actionable insights. In the process, I discover a number of resources on the internet that has helped me (and that I share with you).

Every other week, I explore a new theme and then write an article summarizing what I have learned from a variety of related books to come up with the best insights on that theme. One theme, for example, was on social skills, and I read books from Vanessa Van Edwards, Leil Lowndes, and Dale Carnegie.
